International Order Processing

International orders will leave our warehouse 2-4 business days after the order is placed.

International Rush Processing - If you would like your order to be processed faster, we offer Rush Processing for an additional $5.00. Rush Processing ensures your order leaves our warehouse no later than the next business day after it is placed, and applies only to the speed in which your order is processed, not how long it takes to ship once it leaves our warehouse. You may request Rush Processing by phone or add it during Checkout if placing your order online.

International Shipping Carriers, Delivery Times and Fees:

International orders will ship USPS Express Mail International. Estimated delivery time can range from 5-10 business days once your package leaves our warehouse. Delivery times are an estimate provided by the United States Postal Service and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery Tracking is provided at no additional cost, but typically only records the date your order is shipped and the date it arrives in customs. By request, we can ship via UPS Worldwide. We do not ship internationally via DHL or FedEx. Please call for details: 1-541-245-4488.

Shipping Costs do not include VAT (Value Added Tax), duties or customs fees. Any such fees, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. We do not know at the time of order how much those additional processing and handling charges, taxes and/or duties will cost. Please contact your country's customs office for exact charges before placing your order.

If you refuse your package or do not pay the duties and taxes, the package will be returned back to us. You will be charged for all duties and taxes that are incurred by us - delivery and return shipping costs as well as all other handling fees. Please contact your local Customs Office for any questions regarding duties, fees, taxes, etc.
